Please wear a bathing suit, bikini, budgies, or activewear during your session. Don’t forget to bring a dry change of clothes for after your session.

To ensure secure access to the studio, your booking includes a 20-minute access window.
10 minutes before your scheduled session.
10 minutes after your scheduled start time, in case you're running late.
When you arrive, open the Studio Seven Recovery (S7) App and tap Unlock Door. The app will display a countdown timer showing when the unlock button becomes available.
Please note that door access is only available during your allocated access window. If you arrive outside this time, the door will remain locked.

We offer two open showers for use before, during, and after your session. Please remember to rinse off each time before entering the Cold Plunge Bath for hygiene and comfort.
For added privacy, a private shower and change room are available in our bathroom at the back of the facility. Additional change rooms can also be found in our Mobility Zone.

All clients must have a valid booking before entering the studio.
No booking, no entry.
Door access is only available for clients with a confirmed booking through the Studio Seven Recovery (S7) App.
Tailgating is strictly prohibited. Do not enter the studio using another member's access.
Every person entering the studio must have their own valid booking. Bringing unpaid guests or "plus ones" into the studio is not permitted.
Any unauthorised entry or unpaid guest will incur the applicable casual session fee, which will be charged to the member who provided access.

Depending on your timeslot, you might be the only client in the studio. We accommodate up to 6 people per hour to ensure plenty of space for everyone — so it never feels crowded or cramped.

Start with a relaxing 12–15 minutes in the sauna, then take the cold plunge for 2–3 minutes. For maximum benefits, repeat this cycle 2–3 times.
Pro Tip: Always finish with the cold plunge to lock in those awesome benefits!
Remember to listen to your body and go with what feels right for you.
